PHOTO PLUGINS PHOTO VIEWER 1.0 BETA
 Photo Viewer is an Internet Explorer add-in that can facilitate viewing photos on the web. It opens the photo in a new IE window, along with some controls that can resize it, flip it horizontally, convert it to black and white, display a thirds grid and even apply a contast mask effect. You don't have to save the photo and open it in an external photo viewing application. Photo Plugins Photo Viewer is available as a context menu entry when you right click on an image in IE. Here are some screenshots:  50% zoom in and converted to B&W  Horizontal flip, Thirds Grid View on  Horizontal flip, Contrast mask on Installation instructions are included in the zip file.
